USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement is entered into between Atlanta Systems Private Limited and the users of Atlanta CRM. By accessing or using the CRM, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

AMENDMENTS

Atlanta Systems Private Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the CRM indicates acceptance of updated terms.

USER ELIGIBILITY

Users must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. If registering on behalf of an organization, you confirm authorization to bind the entity.

PROHIBITED USE

Users shall not upload or store illegal, harmful, misleading, or unauthorized data within the CRM. Violation may lead to account suspension or termination.

DATA & PRIVACY

All data entered into Atlanta CRM remains the responsibility of the user. The company will use data only as per the Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
